Easy Way To Make RP in Project Torque
| IF YOU THINK THIS IS A LONG BIT OF TEXT, TRY READING A BOOK (IN OTHER WORDS, BE PATIENT WHILE READING; YOU WON'T REGRET IT) One of the best ways to quickly earn money in the game is to repeat a mission you're good at over and over again. This is my preferred way of doing this. There are several steps, though, so pay attention. First, go get some keys (it doesn't matter what colors). you get a red key for 7000 RP earned and a yellow one for every 75 miles traveled. Go do at least a 30-lap race in TA for a guaranteed yellow. Also, I recommend that you earn at least 7 or so keys in any combo before you follow the next instructions. Next, go to the missions menu. Here's where you may go one way or another; If you got a yellow key, start in the "Driving Challenge" menu. Decide which set of challenges you would be good at. The one used by me in this video is the Gate Hunt on Mud set (more in the video later) If you got a Red key, then stay in the "Career" menu. If you haven't yet, work your way to the last mission in the first page of that menu, "The Duel." You will notice that part of the reward for winning this mission in any difficulty (even though you could do it on a harder difficulty to get that extra buck) is a yellow key. The effect is that you wind up converting all the red keys into yellow keys to go along with the ones you have already earned, since yellow-keyed missions create a greater output of money. For Red-Keyed Missions: When you start the mission I told you to select, you are lined up with a Quadro in a Corus. The goal is to hit him a lot until his bumpers and stuff break (AKA its a knockout race). First, ram his side as you start, then immediately get in front of him. Accelerate to about 30MPH, +/_ 5 or so, and brake with the normal and e-brake applied so that he slams into you. as shown in the video, he's dead before you even reach the second corner! Of course, he may sometimes get ahead of you, but just ram him normally if he does. Or, if you run out of time, just do it on bronze like I suggested you do and try again. For Yellow-Keyed Missions: Once you have your yellow key from the Red-Keyed mission or if you earned one al naturale, go to the "Driving Challenge" menu of the missions panel. I'd suggest having a few yellow keys beforehand, though; In order for you to make serious money off of this, you must find a mission set that you can accomplish on the GOLD difficulty. My favorite, as demonstrated in the video, is the "Gate Hunt on Mud" mission; It's short, easy and fun to go through. However, if you don't like this set or just can't handle that friggin' buggy thing, try looking at other "Driving Challenge" missions. And, no, don't do those tutorials other than to make yourself feel good; Those are EXTREMELY hard to do, EVEN ON SILVER, and you get no money for finishing them on bronze. Once you find a set that you're capable of finishing on gold 100% of the time, then finish all 4 in the set. Once this is done, you can do the 4th and most money-yielding mission over and over and over and over and... So, in review: 1. Get any key in any number in any combination 2. Convert red keys into yellow keys via "The Duel" mission 3. Use yellow keys to complete a 4th mission in a "Driving Challenge" set of your choosing. 4.
